How to Insert Text into a Page

Text from Word can be inserted on a page, but should be “cleaned” first.

  1. Click Paste from the menu and click From Word.

  2. The following dialog will appear:

  3. Paste the text you want to copy into the dialog and click OK.

The text is now inserted into the page.

If you want the text to be cleaned completely, you should use the As Simple Text instead. When text is inserted in this way, all formatting is removed completely.
